"We celebrated my wife's birthday with a high speed ferry trip from Muskegon to Milwaukee. We stayed at the Pfister. It was an outstanding experience from start to finish. We stayed on the historic side of the hotel. Rooms were beautiful, the staff most helpful, internal dining options outstanding and the amenities were top notch. Pool on the 23rd floor was a bonus. Location was perfect. Worth every penny. The experience was so nice that we stopped noticing that there were renovations going on. Can't wait to see how the lobby turns out!"

"I was very impressed with this hotel. Great lobby, great pool, great rooms. My only complaint was the service at the coffee bar in the lobby. There was one worker and he was busy in the back preparing for an event. I had to wait up to 5-10 mins for him to serve me. He was very nice and it wasn’t his fault but they should had another server to reduce the wait."

"Really a neat hotel -- the staff was excellent, as was the breakfast. The only negative I would give is the cleanliness -- the room was clean, but there were a lot of details missed in the room & the hotel in general. They need a good deep clean to keep this cute hotel looking nice."
