“Very nice hotel. Would stay there agsin”

“The elevator was broken. Our rooms weren't ready. We had to wait for them at 8:30 pm to be ready. They didn’t even put a duvet cover on the duvet in one room. We have pictures of filthy faucets, broken door handles, and very worn/tired fixtures in the rooms. It reeked of fabuloso despite still being dirty. The staff was very nice but they are clearly understaffed and the building is very run down. I would never stay there again.”

“Rooms could use a little updating but very clean.”

“This hotel is in a great Pittsburgh location. Many restaurants within easy walking distance. Vibrant neighborhood. Good hardy breakfast served onsite. The thing that really makes this hotel standout is the staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Pittsburgh.”
