“As a solo female traveler, I typically stay in hotels with interior hallways and doors that you need a keypad to enter. However, the Bryson in is an updated old school true story motel with updated doors with key card locks in a quiet setting just off the interstate and the staff made me feel safe and welcome.”

“This place is a really great value. Its not the Taj Mahal...you need to know that going in...we stayed 2 times. Once going to Florida and then, on the way back to Indiana. The first time our room was spotless but had a gnat problem (drippy bath tub faucet, I'm guessing was the culprit) but otherwise- the room was adequate, nothing fancy but we dont need that. It was absolutely spotless both stays. Could it use a little updating?? Maybe? The tub in both rooms were pretty badly in need of some tlc...

“Newly remodeled wing that looks like a new addition to the existing property is very nice. The person checking us in was very friendly. The rooms were spacious and shower was fantastic. Highly recommend.”

“Rooms were dirty, food was only cereal and waffles. If that! No juice in machines. Rooms were way below par and honeslty hotel should t be open to public only to people living there since thats what it is anyways. ”

“Under significant renovation, pool closed and construction dust and debris all over the breakfast area, unhealthy and unsanitary. We paid extra for the pool which has obviously been closed for a while. We also picked a hotel that offered breakfast which we couldn’t risk eating. Man at the front desk could care less and told us if we had any problems with the pool closed to call Expedia. This hotel should not be offered on Expedia.”

“We got in very late and we got checked in. The place was very old & dirty. There were dead bugs laying around. The bedspread had cigarette holes in them. We looked for bed bugs but thankfully didn't find any. It smelled like marajuana had been smoked in there or under us and the dead bolt on the door was cut out so it didn't lock. We were desperate so we stayed but if we had of had another place close we would have definitely left. I'm sure it wouldn't meet sanitation codes if checked. We...
