"Wasn't given details any about when i had to go once i got my room key had to ask like where the lift was. Had to work out my self about the Key card system for lift. But over all ok. Had to report that my bathroom skink was cracked. The next mornings after check in because i did not you the bathroom untill late that night after exsporing paris. Only annoying thing that there was very little water presser. Shower was more of a dribble then a shower"

"Felt like home aeay from home. All different people from all ovet. I felt like I knew the staff. I felt completely safe. They were so kind. The other guests were extremely kind I am an African American special education teacher. Traveling solo as an African American can have simmilar anxieties as traveling solo as a woman. The staff made me feel extremely welcome and safe. There were other guests from australia, japan, spaine... all over. Great stay. Just a great stay."

"The hotel location was ideal, adjacent to the train station. The rooms are extremely small, even by European standards. The staff there really saved the experience, they tried very hard to meet our every need. But there were limited dining options nearby and the comment about dirty is meant for ALL of Amsterdam. It is paper strewn, plastic bottles discarded, lots of cigarette butts left, in general is looks very unkept. Not sure I would return."
