"This is my fourth time to stay in South Nest, so the facts tell. Staff are helpful and polite, room is always clean, the house keepers are so thoughtful…. I definitely will come back !"

"The hotel is a bit dated with walls need repaint and fixture in the bathroom shown wear and tear. Like the shuttle bus provides to get to the Tsuen Wan MTR station. However, I was disappointed by the self-laundry service not available to the short stay customer, only for the contracted tenants."

"room was upgraded for free , to 701 with a harbour view. 2x thinfs i didn,t like about room was ... 01. digital safe did not work & 02. opening door from outside, covered the light switch, so you had to close door ipon entry, BEFORE inserting hotel card-key , to switch lights on... otherwise staff were professional & courteous.
