“The property itself was okay, served the purpose of a room to sleep in, but definitely could benefit from a deep clean and some minor upgrades. It’s quiet, which is very nice. There is a bus stop right outside the building, which is convenient, but it’s about 30 minutes to get downtown. The restaurant downstairs is great and the staff is all friendly and nice.”

“체크인 응대가 불친절해요 긴 비행 후 피곤할까봐 잡은 공항 호텔이었는데 불친절한 직원 응대로 첫인상이 안 좋았습니다 공항에서 호텔까지는 셔틀이 없고 트렁크를 끌고 오분이상 걸어가야해요 샤워기는 못 움직이기게 헤드가 거치대에 고정시켜놨더라고요 거리 메리트 빼면 비용은 시설에 비해 비쌉니다”

“Nice breakfast although the refillment was not so fast. ”

“Too noisy even at late night. No control from Hotel. Breakfast was just normal, but not enough for that rate.”

“Old style hotel and not easy to access the room with disable person”

“Overall a not bad place to stay BUT ....... We travel extensively and stay in lot of hotels in the USA and Canada. We were conditioned to free WiFi. This hotel offers FREE WiFi for 30 minutes a day and you have to pay a fee for usage beyond that. 30 minutes! It's not like they undercharge for their rooms and have to make up for it with extra fees.”

“Everthing was great, but I seen a mouse.”

“We loved the location And the food was great at the restaurant But it was noisy in the room At night into the wee hours with doors slamming. And the staff were not always present at the desk”

“Amanda was very welcoming when we arrived and a bonus was the free onsite parking and close proximity to the university. It was just what we needed for the one night stay. Unfortunately, the bathroom is a bit dated, and the shower roof is on a slant so I managed to stand upright, just, but any taller and you would struggle. I did appreciate they had left a stool though so you could sit down and not bump your head if you wanted too. Amanda was very kind and apologised when I explained about it....

“No coffee /I had to buy for a coffee capsule. 10pounds parking fee (no information in advance when i book) ”

“Room was very clean, bed was great. Meal downstairs was excellent. We happened to be there on a Sunday and had the Sunday Roast, delicious.”

“Well maintained and beautiful property. Very comfortable and convenient location. They made all of us feel home, even the little kid”
