โWe stayed at one-bedroom apartment for two nights. The location was a bit away from the city center, but it was nearby the ocean drive and Mount Victoria, which has a nice lookout.
The free wifi had data limit to 200MB.
The hairdryer was old, and intermittently shut down during use.
The manager was friendly and helpful.
Overall, it was a decent stay.โ
โThe motel is located at centre of city it is advantage. The receptionist was kind and room is managed quite well. But there was no sound proofing in the building. You can easily hear what next room people doing. And the most seriously the store downstair of motel playing the music with amplified speaker all day long until they close. The low frequencies are killing us.โ
โGood location with supermarket just across the street. Self check-in is convenient and easy. The customer service is reponsive and helpful with my queries.โ
โGreat hotel, comfortable and clean with excelkent service. As a solo traveller I did not feel as safe in the area in the evening as I did elsewhere in NZ, but that is out of the hotels control. I would highly recommend the hotel.โ

โVery comfortable bed. Had all the facilities..Old hotel but newly renovated in traditional style.Only comment is that could provide Shower cap and makeup (magnifying) mirror. The complimentary options in lobby appreciated.โ
โReally convenient and great that they took pets. Special touches like having a dog bed, bowl and dog treats!
Room was clean and spacious and comfortable.
Check-in and out was super easy and I got a call before check in to make sure I had everything we needed.

โA lovely bright clean room with comfortable bed and excellent city views. All the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant and went above and beyond to make our stay the best. The location is central and an easy walk to most popular places of interest, restaurants, cafes, theatre, the museum and water front. I loved that we could take our dogs and will definitely stay again. Super value considering all this and it's great location.โ
