โWe stayed at one-bedroom apartment for two nights. The location was a bit away from the city center, but it was nearby the ocean drive and Mount Victoria, which has a nice lookout.
The free wifi had data limit to 200MB.
The hairdryer was old, and intermittently shut down during use.
The manager was friendly and helpful.
Overall, it was a decent stay.โ
โThe motel is located at centre of city it is advantage. The receptionist was kind and room is managed quite well. But there was no sound proofing in the building. You can easily hear what next room people doing. And the most seriously the store downstair of motel playing the music with amplified speaker all day long until they close. The low frequencies are killing us.โ
โGood location with supermarket just across the street. Self check-in is convenient and easy. The customer service is reponsive and helpful with my queries.โ
โGreat hotel, comfortable and clean with excelkent service. As a solo traveller I did not feel as safe in the area in the evening as I did elsewhere in NZ, but that is out of the hotels control. I would highly recommend the hotel.โ
โFantastic location, just 5 min walk to Te Papa and the waterfront. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby to choose from and walking distance to the sights. Would definitely stay here again. The added bonus of all day free teas, coffee and other refreshments, snacks downstairs in the lobby area was awesome. New World supermarket is just a short walk away too. Super comfy bed and nice toiletries available - a perfect place to stay for our group.โ
