“직원들의 친절은 최고의 점수를 주고 싶습니다. 하지만 샤워시 흙탕물이 나오질 안나 아침 뷔페식당에서 몇일이 됐을지 모를정도로 말라 있었고 턴다운스비스를 저녁9시에 하러 오질 않나 청소하는 직원이 손님객실에서 TV시청을 하고 나갈때 꺼고 나가는걸 깜박 하질 않나 타월을 사용한걸 가져 갔어면 새로 준비해주어야 함에도 부족한 그대로 잊어 버리고 나감. 무료로제공 되는 물과 커피도 부탁을 해야 가져다줌.등등 데스크직원과 로비직원들 굉장히 친절했음 객실 크기도커고 편안했음. 곰팡이냄새 특히 심함.”
