“The 5 stars is for the front desk lady in the morning. She's warm and welcoming. I hesitated about the tunnels at Needles Highway but with her warm assurance, I drove one of the memorable drives in Custer State Park. Needles Eye wasn't as narrow as I thought. The motel and the room were dated. I personally don't like beds with those old school coverings. That said, I would stay there again. The motel is in a very convenient location; virtually at the foot of Mount Rushmore. Restaurants...
