"We arrived a bit early for normal checkin and were told are room was ready.. a Very pleasant surprise after a long warm drive Checkin was quick and directions to the room as well as all the different restaurants stores were given Our room was clean and we were within a very short walking distance to the pool and restaurants We were there for two night and on the first night my husband had a bit of a medical accident that we were able to handle on our own In checking out today I mentioned it to DORIANA And what Gem she is💕 She immediately took it upon herself to give us a discount on our stay Completely unexpected !!!! The only reason I mentioned it was so the problem could be fixed and not cause anyone else harm The kindness DORIANA showed to us today will not be forgotten💕 Thank you so very much!!!"
