"The room was updated nicely including a nice bathroom and shower. Beds were nice and all furniture in the room were new. Just 2 areas for improvements. The WIFI does not work in the rooms that are detached from the main building. Every time you try to connect the same message comes up and says cannot connect to WIFI at the time. Yet when you go into the main building you hook up right away. All that is needed is a repeater if proper strength attached to the building of rooms to correct this problem. This was the same problem the last time it stayed there. The other problem is it appears that the floors are not mopped after each stay. The evidence was I dropped a bit of water on the floor. I took a tissue to dry it up and the tissue turned black. We had just checked into the room. There is no reason why after each stay the main traffic areas which is very small is not properly mopped to keep the floor clean. No other issues."

"We had a great time visiting Niagara. The staff here were wonderful!! Just a heads up if you are traveling with dogs, be prepared to walk a block for your dog to take care of its business. There is only a small patch of grass at the hotel and it is along a busy section of road."

"Hotel was OK walkable to the Niagara Falls and to walk to Canada Not impressed with the hotel, cleaning aspect of it. Was shocked to step into the shower to find hair all over it, and then while I was drying myself off afterwards there’s hair all over the floor. So that was a big yuck. for two of us, they gave one washcloth and two bath towels and two hand towels. I had to go out in the hall in the morning and ask for more towels for us as we have booked for a week and they don’t housekeeper daily. The bed was very uncomfortable for me and my husband both the pillows were filled with feathers, which is fine, but there was not enough feathers so the pillows become obsolete once you put your head on them The first day we were in the lobby we noticed all the windows down below were filthy dirty with fingerprints, just dirty. It took them till the next day before they finally clean them all. There was nobody going around cleaning the casino machines so they were dirty all the time. As far as servers in the casino to give you drinks, I would say there is one each night what I did like is they had a big non-smoking casino portion, and a large smoking area and plenty of machines however they don’t pay off a much. I would stay at this casino again if I ever go to Niagara Falls due to the closeness to the Niagara Falls and Canada. But next asked for about 10 more pillows."
