"A lovely foyer greeted you on entertaining the hotel. Quick and efficient check-in and English spoken by the staff. Asking for a different pillow and a light was quickly sorted out. Lots of different food and salads available for breakfast. Help given by staff greatly appreciated to sort out a problem. Can't fault them. "

"On arrival the hotel exterior is beautiful and was greeted by the hotel luggage staff. Yes, the room was delayed, however the manager on duty was exceptional she give us complimentary nibbles and drinks for the delay. Also, made my children feel welcome and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

They took a genuine interest in us as guests. When our room was delayed Guest relations manager Kseniia invited us up to their beautiful restaurant and supplied us with complimentary drinks. Our junior suite was spacious and beautifully appointed with a spa and large shower and the views are incredible. Lazzonni does all the things better than the other 5 star hotels and we would choose this as our destination in Istanbul every time.
