It's the little things, sometimes, and Harbor House does it in spades! We booked a two night stay so there was a gratis breakfast basket waiting for us in our room--the homemade banana bread is just like mom used to make! The kitchenette is fully appointed with utensils, dishes, even a corkscrew. We found a full-sized coffee maker with tons of coffee and fixins, including flavored creamers. My husband and I booked our stay for our 13th anniversary. Can’t put into words how cute this places is. We stayed in number six which is the crown . Very comfortable bed and bathroom size was good . In the room you have a teapot, a pour over for coffee and also looseleaf tea with teabags to brew . This is a great property to stay at for value, location, spacious room and included, breakfast (hot and cold food). I was quite surprised. The photos doesn’t do it justice for room space and in room kitchen amenities. There’s not too much to the actual property. But it’s minimal, updated and clean.

Everything was comfortable. The elevator floors were very dirty and the tile floors in the bathroom were very sticky.. we encountered a dog during the breakfast hours eating with their person off the table top two mornings.

When we arrived on Wednesday, the woman at the office was rude and abrupt about having to help us out with the lounge chairs at the pool. We were shocked at her behavior.

Somehow, they make this motel a 5 star experience. Accommodations are excellent. And staff is helpful. There are so many touches that take this hotel to the next level. I couldn’t recommend it more!!

So many great things! The location was ideal and walkable to waterside and town sights, the rooms were clean with very quick attention to any minor problems, the staff was superlative (especially concierge Flore), and the free parking and free breakfast, with eggs, sausage, cheesy potatos, danishes, fruit, cereal, etc., were just bonuses!

Awesome Property. Quiet. Great Location. quick walk to the beach. Great staff. We will be back . Quick ride to Downtown Santa Barbara .

Excellent service good price and location

Although the lobby was under construction, the hotel room was nicely renovated and quiet during the weekend. Thank you for a nice stay!

Very recently remodeled Everything is new Comfortable beds and a very clean and quiet property

We needed to make n change reservations. The front desk person was wonderful to say the least. We shall stay here again when in the neighborhood.

Had remodeling going on while we were there. That is probably the only problem i can say anything about. Everything else was fantastic. Look forward to staying again when the remodeling in complete.
