"The property was in a quiet location with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. We went to the mauka warriors luau which was 5 minutes from the property and we also had easy access to Pearl Harbor for 2 days. The staff were always very friendly. We had an amazing stay for our 25th wedding anniversary! "

"Pool was to cold and No pool service daily. Restaurant was closed on Tuesday and Wednesday and that not not acceptable. Gym dirty and equipment broken for days. No happy hour at poolside bar like we were told. Sliding door in our room was extremely hard to open. You almost needed a crowbar to open it. I ask the front desk to fix it. No one ever came around. Over will probably will never stay there again or referred to friends to stay at the property. This is not a five star resort are...

"Overall the hotel Was good for the value, valet parking nice, though very expensive. The problem we had with the property was we were told housekeeping every 2 days but a refresh available daily, our room was cleaned once in the 7 days we were there, we had to ask for towels twice and toilet paper. When they did come to clean they didn’t take dirty towels and didn’t wipe anything down or replace any amenities. Don’t have a garbage bag either. "
