"The level of hospitality was outstanding. The staff were all courteous and friendly. Our stay at the hotel felt like a "home away from home", very welcoming. The hotel having bikes for the guests to use really added to our mini vacation. Also, little amenities like having complimentary snacks available really added to a positive experience for us. "This was the perfect room for me. Recently renovated and super clean. Lots of room to spread my bike gear. The suite was located at the back of the complex which faced a quiet residential neighbourhood. Felt like home. "

One, would appreciate better tea/coffee/milk/condiments as the hotel is some distance from any convenience store. And two I don’t appreciate suggestion of leaving tip for housekeeping. Prefer you pay them better and then you set the high standards. They ARE NOT providing me a service, you the hotel do that on MANY fronts with...

"They tents were decent, the beds were comfortable but the bathrooms were dirty, no paper towels, toliet paper out. The property it self didn’t do Glamping justice. It had no views expect some run down properties. I think they could do better considering how beautiful the area is."
