"This condo was renovated in a cute vintage beach theme. There was no fireplace or air conditioner as advertised. Screen doors would have been great to keep the bugs out since it was stuffy with doors closed. Windows could be updated as well, but overall it was very clean. "

"Would suggest a check list. TV cable was not connected, coffee pot not working, front door wouldn’t latch which meant anyone could access the condo. However after making the establishment aware they had a maintenance man rectify the problem. Very quiet and clean with good amenities. Would recommend a stay "

"One star deduct for the confusing check in instruction and missing info on Expedia site. The condo was clean and very comfortable. I slept so well, view of the ocean, very quiet, kitchen has what you needed for small family. Couldn’t figure out the heating system but luckily wasn’t super cold. Expedia site didn’t mention the kitchen and what included in the kitchen, I based on the photo assume it has pots, pans and utensil. Also bear in mind it is on 3rd floor no elevator. "This is a lovely cottage. Very clean. It's far enough away from town to be quiet but close enough to get there quickly. It's a very serene setting. I loved sitting on the patio looking at the canal and watching the wildlife. I do wish that I had been able to have access to a washer and dryer. "
