“Unsauberes Bad (2 benutzte Kaugummi auf dem Boden), schmutziger Wannenrand. Einfallsloses und eintöniges Frühstücksangebot. Achtung: An den Wochenenden sehr laute Diskomusik von draußen bis 2 Uhr nachts, auch geschlossene Fenster helfen da nicht! Außerdem vermiesen einen laute Überfahrten von versenkten Poller direkt vor dem Hotel. Die öffentlichen Räume sind nicht täglich gesäubert worden- tagelang Tissues und Hundekot auf den Treppen. Ein Aufenthalt ist nicht zu empfehlen.”

“We didn't stay at the property, as when we entered the 4th floor bedroom it was really hot. the window was open to its 3 inch extent, and there was a tower fan, that had little effect on the heat . The reception staff said that none of the rooms had working air conditioning, so we couldn't change rooms. We decided to leave and find alternative accomodation.”

“Lovely staff, sits in a quiet area of the city so very little outside noise, it's not far away from the M4 so it makes an ideal base camp if you're exploring areas outside of Swansea.”

“Boutique hotel in the Uplands area of Swansea. Good ambiance as you walk in the door to the hallway. The oriental suite was full of character and great attention to detail to maintain the theme in the room. Plenty of amenities to use whilst in the room. 2 min walk to the nearest bars and restaurants. A great find.”

“The B&B was located in a lovely and unusual setting at the end of a cul de sac. The views were great. Our hosts were very welcoming and informal. Of particular interest was on the ongoing 'construction' but nearing completion, of a waterfall and pond within the limits of the garden. Its worth noting that the garden amd facilities were available for guests. Our visit coincided with a 30C heatwave but our room on the first floor, although without air conditioning, remained at a pleasant...

“Lovely apartment, could do with being a little clearer about where to check in prior to the visit but the staff were helpful. Got charged an extra £50 on arrival which I thought was a security deposit but has actually been taken from my account with no explanation ”
