"The hotel is on the very busy side of the river on Wacker Drive. There's definitely more noise and the parking is not convenient at all unless you valet park. Also beware of booking rooms on the 38th floor because there's ballroom on the 39th floor and when the music is playing you can hear it all in the room."

"The breakfast buffet was good. Bartenders were great. Gym is large with plenty of options. Our room was very small. It was really just for one person. We requested to be moved to a handicapped accessible room which was very large and comfortable."
