โWe had an amazing stay at The Painted lady. Jing was very communicative and helped with a number of recommendations. We were only staying as a brief getaway and found out Birminghamโs good scene is pretty awesome. Iโd stay at this clean, artsy, quirky, cool hotel a million times more! โ
โThe breakfast and dinner were very good. However, the room I was given wasnโt idealโit was located near the elevator, so I frequently heard noise from guests waiting or passing by. It made it difficult to fully relax.

โThis was my second visit in six weeks. We wanted on son to experience the house and Birmingham. As my previous experience, it was lovely and we enjoyed the bird house room more. The bird house truly suits a family and my husband and son enjoyed having a TV in the room. I'm also happy to see some of my previous suggestions were implemented in just a couple of weeks. My best experience is still the other guests as well as the house. I will be back but it will not be so soon ๐ญ๐.โ

โI liked the location, the check in process, and the friendly staff. The patio section couldโve been maintained better. As soon as you walk out of the back door it was a gutter or drainage pipe leaking at it caused some of the patio furniture to be wet. Also, the bar and restaurant was supposed to open at 5 and it was well after 5 before someone came to attend to the bar. We will come back and stay here though. Marking this as a safe place to stay in the area.โ
โWe stayed in the Turret room and it was so cool! Two king-sized beds that were super comfy. The bed in the turret room was semi-private and the other one had a view of a tv. The bathroom was clean and nice. (But FYI there's a window to the room and you can see the person using the toilet from the room) It was nice to have access to the downstairs kitchen. โWe had an excellent stay here. There was a god amount of space in the room for all five of us and we enjoyed the comfortable beds a lot. The breakfast was great and the kids enjoyed it. โ
