“Do not book this motel. Our window was broken for the duration of the trip, which was addressed at arrival. We were told maintenance would come to fix it, but no one ever showed up. Someone ended up climbing in through our window at 7am, which is when we discovered the window didn’t even lock. Police were called and they talked to the staff about getting someone to come and fix the window. Our window was broken for our entire weekend trip. This situation actually took up most of our 4th of July....

“My toilet didn’t flush the whole time I was there, there was a bug crawling on my pillow and daughter, and there was hair all over the shower. The staff was told about all of this and their response was is nothing can be done. I will never stay here again.”

“The man attending the front desk knocked on our room door at 1:27 AM. Scared the life out of us. He asked about something that was already taken care of. Also, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere.”

Pool is small and indoor. Hotel is not as “grand” as they describe. Room in typical Holiday Inn. Expensive to stay there.”

“Staff was super friendly and greeted you as you walked by, which made the stay feel welcoming. We arrived a few hours early and were allowed to check in, which was a huge plus. It’s the perfect place to stay if you have teenagers who love the boardwalk — you’re right in the middle of everything. I would definitely stay here again.
