โFantastiskt som vanligt; trevlig och hjรคlpsam personal, rymligt rum i gott skick med allt man kan behรถva fรถr en lรคngre vistelse och nรคra till centrala staden. Vi saknade dock en sax i kรถket, och duschen hade nรฅgra smรฅfel - dels lรคckte det handhรฅllna duschmunstycket nรฅgot och dels var plastskรคrmen lรคngst ner pรฅ duschdรถrren lรถs sรฅ vi fick sรคtta dit den sjรคlv. Hade varit behรคndigt med en nรฅgot stรถrre soptunna samt en kompost fรถr matavfall, och en รฅteranvรคndbar disktrasa. โ
โCheck in staff were very friendly and informative. Easy walking distance to the Royal Armouries. While I didn't reserve the room with the breakfast option, we were able to purchase it separately. In the future I would make I included it. โ
โGreat overnight stay! Rooms very clean, beds were comfortable and it was very quiet especially for a Friday night! Rooftop bar was also lovely. Only downside was the parking was quite expensive compared to surrounding car parks. However this definitely would not stop us staying here again. โ
โOne nights stay while visiting family. Lovely bed and slept very well. Would stay again but carpet and surrounding areas needs some TLC ( sorry gave 5 * but got the hotels we stayed at mixed up!!) Staff friendly โ
โReally nice stylish hotel with lovely staff and facilities. Because of a delay we arrived at the hotel after the cut off for breakfast but they went out of their way to get us a bite to eat,only a bacon bun but much appreciated. โ
โParking information is different between homepage and reception
I would be better if the reception prepare parking information using paper addresses and name

โWe thought overall the bed was large and comfortable but the pillows were way to hard. I would have liked the option of a softer pillow. Also a fridge would be very nice.โ
