โLoved this little hotel which was walking distance from a lot of food and shopping as well as the cathedral and other sites. Beautiful garden, nice bar, and delicious breakfast.โ
โHave stayed here many times because we love the area. Bathroom is needing an upgrade, dirty and curtains are shabby. Beds are clean and comfortable, hot drink facilities are good and excellent access to Costa and McDonaldโs.โ
โPlug in sink jammed, couldnโt have a wash.
So hot, no air conditioning.
Shower was great.
Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice.
Next door was very noisy.โ
โStaff were friendly throughout. Hotel was clean, well decorated and comfortable. The spa was fabulous and a welcome addition after a day of walking in Winchester. This is likely more of a personal request but since they have communal changing areas, bigger towels for those guests that just can't quite fit normal towels would be an appreciated addition - it's the little things! โ
โClean and comfortable, it made us feel at home even if only for one night. Many thanks to the gentleman at the reception who, despite being tired, kindly waited for us until the very last moment late at night to check us in.โ
โThe room was fabulous, Cindy with my own bath, clear instructions to get back in and booking in. And times for breakfast which was very good standard โ

โWe loved to stay at this hotel despite other bad reviews. Only big problem the heat. The hotel is not ready when it comes to hot days. There where conditioners but didn't really worked and the rooms where very hot at night and during the day. But breakfast was excellent and so the rest of our stayโ
