"Nice and clean facilities, staff is great. "

"Staff was excellent. Charging plugs could be replaced in rooms as that either did not work or need to need replaced."

"We stayed for a night to catch a show Friday night. The accommodations were perfect. Room was clean and roomy. Check in was super easy and quick. Only small complaint was the low water pressure in the shower. We were in the 15th floor and didnt know if that had anything to do with it."

"Clean room. We stayed two nights we got fresh towels without asking for the second night. They also upgraded our room . Very spacious rooms. "

"The person that checked us in last Sunday afternoon was so helpful and allowed us to check in a little earlier. The tickets to the Japanese Gardens were a plus too. "

"Area was nice, hotel overall was ok. The refrigerator didn’t work, the “safe” in the room didn’t work, the hair conditioner didn’t pump. Water in room (1 cheap bottle water) was $4. Some mornings no coffee. Was ehhh ok. "

"Such a beautiful place to stay. We were out and about exploring during the day but it was nice getting to our room after a long day and feeling at home."
