They left food in the fridge as well as change and a few other little things on the floor… guests seemed way louder than respectful complaints were made. Guests were told sorry call corporate… would have liked to see it resolved with care by on site staff. Would return."

"The room was very spacious and clean! The front desk staff was very helpful and did a great job with checkin and questions even with a large crowd because of a local sporting event. Breakfast was okay. The staff running breakfast was also trying to run the front desk because that person did not report for work. This caused things to get a bit messy at the breakfast area and hard to keep up with things but they handled it well and continued to be very friendly. "

"Everything within the room was wonderful, along with laundry room as well. The smoking areas were nice with buttbuckets . The only problem was the front desk clerk/ manager named Rachel, who put on my door a note about no smoking in my room, of which I accidentally did smoke half of a cig while I was on the phone, flush it when I remembered, that was the 31st July. Then after I received the note landlord knocked on my door 2nd August and said I've been smoking I admitted to my forgetting on July...

"I was very disappointed with this hotel. When we arrived the desk staff was nice but offered no additional info. The lack of breakfast service was also disappointing. The painted walls had huge scuff marks by the entrance. Overall, the room was depressing. Bland mustard color walls mixed with gray bed linens made the room look sad and the ugly drapery’s with no sheers made it impossible to let light get into our ground floor room. The carpet was stained and dingy looking. I would never choose...
