“This was my 2nd time staying there in 6 months. The staff is always friendly. Check in was easy. And the rooms are clean. No, issues. Unfortunately, the parent company has failed to invest in the property. The carpet, wallpaper and fixtures are over 50+ years old. There is a smell from age and the property is truly outdated. “Nicole was great greeting me and providing information. The breakfast was excellent. I rated good on the room due to there being a slight odor. Not sure if from smoking. The beds, however, were as comfortable as a much more expensive hotel. I had a great night sleep and that was most important.”

“The only complaint we had was we were on the 4th floor and the water never really got warm enough innthe shower. The facilitybwas clean, staff were friendly, and it looked modern. However when staying for surgery the next day it would of been nice to have a hot shower.”

“I feel like they could’ve done a better job landing the bathroom in the room honestly also the toilet is so sometimey… it’s like one flush works then the next flush the toilet is stooped up also the elevator is a little weird and needs repairs had to take the stairs a few times. Cause the elevator took to long not that it was the end of the world for me but I mean what if someone who can’t use the stairs needs it? But overalll my stay was okay”

“This was a horrible hotel!! Nothing was clean the floors in the room were sticky! Stains everywhere on the bed, floor, and ac unit! Also the bathroom tub had mold in it!! Parts of the shower was disconnected! This was unacceptable!! Even the grounds of the hotel was chipping paint and looked like it was not properly maintained!! We will never stay here!! We literally took checked in and less then 30 mins later left and found another hotel as this one was just terrible and we could not stay!!”
