"The registration process was too slow over 30 minutes. The receptionist has to double check whether the room was ready for guests. The room was not clean the next day at 2:30pm, we just requested for new towels. Due to the popularity of the hotel, the management should hire more cleaning staff to get the rooms ready for guests."
