"El lugar tiene lo suficiente para quien busca una experiencia familiar amena por primera vez. Aunque si lo comparamos con otro Resort....quizas falta un poco mas de actividades y por tener las dimensiones que tiene quizas no se siente mucho el cambio/vibra de lugar a lugar. La logística del buffet por la noche. honestamente Mala!!! Nunca habia estado en un lugar(todo incluido) donde la comida(pocas opciones) se acabara y tener que esperar 30 mins o mas, en 2 ocasiones. Pero insisto aun con esto ultimo, si la experiencia es 1ra. vez el lugar cuenta con lo necesario!"

"Our stay was great at this resort. There are multiple choices of cuisines and restaurants, but the reservation only restaurants would require bookings and they would take bookings only on the day you would like to book which is not ideal and you can end up in a long queue to reserve in your favorite restaurants. Pools were huge, beautiful and clean. Each building have a separate pool which was designed based on whether it's having kids or an adult. Only building the water park was also great. Most of the pools have swim up bars with variety of drinks. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. However, during busy season the wait times are longer and everything takes much longer. For example, check-in might be 30 to 45 minutes. This is very family friendly pool. The best thing is their main square is having one thing or the other every night. There are a lot of good bands which we enjoyed during our stay and there is a lot of activities for kids. They have bouncy castles, mini golf, face paint, karaoke, kids ride. Pop up snack bars and markets every night. The shows at the theaters are also great. One downside is the buffet menu is more or less same especially for breakfast lunch. They have special nights for dinners. Biggest bummer is the beach. It's a very small, rocky, not like a beach you would would expect in Tulum or Cancun. Or a five-star beach resort. "
