"The property was nice and well maintained but during our stay they close the water bar (Flor de Noche) for renovation to refurbish the bar counter. We were no aware of the and it made it a bit less convenient. Noise level was acceptable. Although not zero obviously. I understand at some point they need to do maintenance work. Prices have certainly going up since our last visit, but drink and food quality was good."

"It was our first all inclusive resort. Food was good. Make sure you look at the restaueant hours, some are closed on Sunday/Monday. You should try all of them. Pool was ok. The main pool was good. Bar pool felt weird….not sure how to describe it….slimy? The do games and water aerobics. Wondered how they cleaned it. I saw a pool guy fishing out bugs during the day. Always so many people at the bar pool. Hard to find chairs with shade in the afternoon by the pool. It’s really hot and luckily I had my mini fan. Sports bar was great, but you need $5 pesos to play games. Lady to change your bills is only there in the evening so if you want to play during the day, make sure you change your bills in the evening if you want to play during the day. Entertainment was good. Best show was MJ, so don’t miss it. I used the app to request for hand soap in our washroom and to fill our bar fridge. It was great. Didn’t need them to clean our room daily, so app was convenient. Room and washroom was spacious. Love the double sink. There a hanging rack on the balcony so I hung up our swimsuits. There was only 1 day it flew onto the floor. You can always bring pins to secure it. Very convenient and it dried overnight. Depends how thick your swimsuit is. If it wasn’t dry, I hung it in the room since we had a/c."

"Viceroy Los Cabos is a beautiful property with stunning architecture, a luxurious atmosphere, and a relaxing ambiance. While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the breakfast inclusion was disappointing. My Hotels.com reservation stated “Breakfast for 2” without restrictions, but only the American Breakfast was covered. This should have been clearly communicated at booking to avoid confusion. Despite this, the overall experience was lovely, and I would recommend the hotel, with hopes for better transparency moving forward."

"The staff are amazing and so hard working! You will feel incredibly spoiled and well cared for! This was my second time here and I already have 3 more trips planned for upcoming years! Thank you to everyone at the Hyatt Ziva for always making it an incredible experience! It was my fiancés first trip and he was so sad to leave saying we better be going back asap!"

"The staff was amazing. So attentive and seemed happy to be working there. There was plenty of staff in the right place to assist with whatever we needed. The room was clean and comfortable. The A/C worked great and was a welcome relief from the warm weather. There were plenty of lounge chairs by the pool and the pool was clean. It was a great stay and I will be coming back!"
