Second time staying here, we absolutely love the room and staff. Great central location in town to everything

Hotel had all amenities and was convenient for the end of our trip being close to the airport. We were able to do laundry in the room which was helpful.

We enjoyed our time there. The room was a perfect size for the six of us. Clean, comfortable and cozy. We were greeted by helpful staff, offered amenities such as water, tea and coffee, and toiletries. The place is very centrally located - close to Ginza shopping, the fish market and a 7/11! Thank your for making our first trip to Tokyo great!

Overall exceptionally beautiful hotel. Great overall amenities especially with the club lounge access.

If you are looking for tranquility in the middle of a big city, this hotel is for you! The staff were so helpful and friendly and the gardens on the property were incredible. Beds are smaller and harder than expected but we made them work. The only other thing that I didn’t care for was having to pay to use the pool. That was strange…so we only went one time, which was a bummer.

Everyone is polite and very helpful

The staff were very helpful and the location was excellent. Good value. The only complaint was the mattress was very thin and hard on the back.

Decent room, getting the breakfast option is worth it. Rooms are tiny, but that might be the norm in Tokyo
