The location in Ginza is great, easy walk to all the premier shopping and Ginza Subway. The breakfast was decent with a medium variety of offerings. The staff were friendly and the room was quiet and the AC worked great. Good value compared to the Bigger chain hotels.

This hotel is literally amazing. I highly recommend their breakfast add on. Their breakfast is amazing with Japanese and Western options and the food is amazing. They have smoothies, yogurt bar, different types of fresh eggs, amazing bread, sashimi and onigiri, miso soup, and other items as well. The rooms are amazing too. They are large and very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. We tend to run a bit warm so we requested extra bed sheets to act as covers for the night. The hotel provides very comfortable fresh pajamas everyday. The hotel is a bit on the outskirts in a residential area, however there is a convenience store attached to the hotel and a larger grocery store 5 min walk away. There's a few restaurants in the neighborhood as well. The Shiomi station is a 2 minute walk and you reach Tokyo in 5 to 10 mins. The transfer from the Keiyo line, which is the line you take from Shiomi to reach Tokyo, is a bit of a long walk though. The hotel has its own taxi stand and there is also a taxi stand by the station in case one wants to take taxis to avoid the summer heat. Overall, I strongly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for a place in Japan with view of the Tokyo Tower, this is the spot. I booked it for this reason and we did get a very good view of the tower and the city from the balcony. But the hotel was a bit dated (though the lobby area seems updated). The bathrooms seemed to be in the 90's though the room was clean in general. The hotel is near Tokyo Tower, but not anything else. You will need to walk at least 20-30 mins for shops, restaurants, etc. There were a few Japanese restaurants in B1 level and a small convenient store at the B2 level (if I remember correctly). I would likely stay somewhere else if we were to return to Tokyo. I paid almost $700 for two rooms next to each other (but not connecting) which I find a bit weird since I have children.

The hotel staff were kind and helpful, and the beds are comfortable. There is good food in the lobby. If you use the laundry, the dryer barely dries no matter how much money you put in. You will end up hanging clothes in your room to dry. The area around the hotel has many bars and is pretty lively, so you might get approached by touts as you come and go. But I didn't feel in danger.
