Excellent location. Great breakfast. Modern building and beautiful decor in rooms. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for 4 days while touring London. The hotel is so close to Parliament, Westminster Abbey, and Big Ben, and also walking distance to two stations of the Underground. The staff is very kind and accommodating, and the included breakfast has so many options and is excellent. There is a cafe/bar off the lobby too. Definitely recommend!

Hotel is beautiful. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are excellent. Food in the bar is exceptional, best pizza and best fries ever. The only negatives are: 1) lobby is small with little sitting area. As such, it is often crowded and luggage is an obstacle until stored away. My suspicion is that the area used for tea was once a lobby area, but now is a money generating area. 2) the bathroom tub / shower arrangement is a nightmare. The overhead shower floods the entire bathroom, if used. The handheld shower is the only one usable to avoid flooding the entire bathroom, because of the partial glass sheet on the bath to presumably prevent such flooding does not do an adequate job for us North Americans who are unaccustomed to this configuration. Next time we will book a room with a separate shower
