The location was amazing and the guy at the luggage storage was helpful and kind. It would be nice to have a coffee maker in the room or a coffee and water station set up in the lobby in an obvious location. Whatever the case, it wasn’t in plane sight.

Facility can use more maintaining. Shower floor was cracked, door was leaking, no one came to clean the room in 4 days, staff did not try to accommodate our needs.

Clean hotel, cleaned everyday. The location was ideal, close to everything.
Staff were exceptional.
Only negative is waiting for my deposit to be returned (upto 14 days)
