Our bed was covered in hair. There was red stains on the bed as well as the night stand and the pool and hot tub were both filthy and gross looking. Kids were disappointed that it was unusable.

Room was clean, staff nice helpful. The only thing I can complain about was the breakfast. There was only one type of cereal… no variety of cereal like there is in others.
