“Cons: We had a partial ocean view However, it was blocked by pine trees, so you couldn't even see it. There were plenty of rooms that had an Ocean view available, but we were not offered that option. Even when though I asked about it. There was only one chair on the balcony, so both of us couldn't sit out there at the same time. Even if we had two chairs, the balcony was extremely small so we would've barely fit anyhow. “Both Afternoons while entering the Lobby we had complimentary Sangrias red and white mixtures. The Staff were helpful in restaurant choices and directions. The pool was clean and you could see the sunset since it is a rooftop swimming area! Parking was really convenient since the hotel is located two blocks from the boardwalk, we barely moved the vehicle until driving to Lewes that was only 5mins yes away to local bars !!”

“The hotel was very clean. The service was excellent. The only thing I would change is when you’re checking out you have the housekeeping waiting outside your door couple hours before check out is due. The housekeeping should wait somewhere else until you leave the room”
