The hotel is very chill, if you like a relaxing vacation where you won't be disturbed by loud music and parties this one is for you. Usually shows start at 8-9 and last for an hour. After that, they occasionally play some music in a sport pub. They have some places outside to play music, but for some reason, they don't do that...

“The Hilton is close to everything in Playa del Carmen but they somehow keep the craziness and peddlers of 5th avenue away. The hotel itself is clean and luxurious. The staff is amazingly friendly and are quick to offer an ola and smile every time you see them. The beach is unfortunately eroding away and very rocky. Hilton is one of the few resorts to clean off the seaweed each day - so that was appreciated. The multiple restaurants on site offer a good mix of options and the buffets were always...

“I really enjoyed my stay here. It was almost perfect apart from the AC being a bit too weak and the water quality and tempreture regulation not being great. But it really did not cause much of an issue. I was able to enjoy a quiet room that was very beautiful and clean. I am so happy with my choice”
