"This is an amazing hotel with great staff. We got a corner city view room and let me say it did not disappoint. You could see the city but the best was at night. No transportation, no problem. The trolley stops by the hotel and will take you close to pier 1. You can catch the bus to pier 39. Transit system is great. The hotel is clean and the staff is amazing. Ask Enrique at the bar to make you a scobby snack drink! Breakfast has a lot of options. We will stay here again! "
"Easy check-in but unsure why I had manually complete my personal info, which had been collected through the website. One block from theatre for our matinee performance. "
"Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is beautiful and clean. It is an old building, but feels well kept and comfortable. The elevator is old and small, but works well and is an interesting feature. The room was well appointed and clean, with a sepia mural on one wall. The mattress was a little hard, but still quite comfortable. The bathroom layout was a bit less than ideal, as the toilet was right next to the door and the toilet paper roll was far enough away that one had to stretch a bit to reach it. There was a hairdryer in the room. This is probably just a consequence of the building being old and the owners probably can’t do much about it without a complete renovation of the room. The furniture was nice and fit the tone, there was a medium size tv with cable and Netflix. A small fridge and microwave, as well as a few dishes made up the “kitchen” portion. The closet was large enough to be a changing room. The breakfast consisted of waffles, cereal, coffee, boiled eggs, toast, etc. The only thing I would say would be a good addition is maybe some bacon, sausage, etc. Certainly more than adequate. I can’t stress enough that this was an incredible bargain and the staff is doing a fantastic job. Would definitely stay here again. "
"A block or two away from the Transamerica building. Walkable distance to Chinatown, Little Italy, and the Ferry Terminal. They do not validate parking at 1 Embarcadero like their messaging system says. Rooms are kind of small, but not too terrible. Beds are super comfortable. Staff is amazing and helpful. Would definitely book there again. "
"We had a great stay at the HIlton Hotel, Financial District. It was close enough to walk through Chinatown and Little Italy. We even walked to Pier 39. The hotel was great. Clean rooms, helpful and courteous staff. Excellent view of the Bay. Would definitely stay there again. "
