“Staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed on the Harborside and were allowed to use the pool at the Beach Club side which was great. Loved using the bikes for a ride around the area. Enjoyed waffles for breakfast at the Fish House restaurant on property. The queen room and bathroom were on the smaller side with only one sink. It was manageable for two (though very tight) but would not recommend a family of four stay there. There was light coming in from the top and bottom of the doorway so...

“This was a great hotel. It's right on the beach. The Palmetto Dunes Pickleball and Tennis facility is within a 10 minute walk. The Palmetto Dunes walking / biking path is right accross the street from the hotel. There are also plenty of restaurants, places to shop, and activities within a 10 minute drive. ”

“The property was nice. Transportation into town was difficult due to the distance. It took over 30 minutes to get an uber or cab. The price was high for the nightly rate and the rooms at the Boardwalk could use a little refreshing. The staff was nice, however I have had better service at resorts that cost the same price. Lastly, the resort does not offer a shuttle service around the property. I found this odd… I had to walk from the main check in area (different building) with my luggage...

“Only problem was our tv was not getting all the Chanel’s went to the desk they said would send someone fight up waited 2 hrs no show. Called down 2 more times, same response and never showed up. When we checked out we reported this and all we got was sorry. Not good enough.”

“굉장히 큰 규모의 리조트인데 그 중이 inn부분에 숙박했음. 돌고래도 보이는 좋은 바다이지만 셔틀타고 가는길이 다소 멀어 불편. 수영장은 유수풀이 있어 아이들이 좋아함. 단지 내에 여러 수영장이 있는데 한곳만 사용가능함. 주방이 있는 구조인데 수건은 처음세팅만되고 이후에는 세탁해서 사용하는 방식(물론 세탁기와 건조기 있슴) 그런데 세탁 세제는 주지 않아서 좀 이상함. 전체적으로 가족여행에 좋고 장기여행에 좋은 스타일임.”
