“Breakfast is included for all the hotel guests which was really nice. yoghurt, fruit, pastries, coffee, tea, juice, oat and etc hot meals available to order for additional fee. Hotel is 9 minutes drive to town center. Rooms are so very lovely, we stayed in two rooms and they were both great, spacious, fully equiped. large outdoor and i door space for drinks and foods. also, this is a perfect stay for family with pets. staffs are professional, friendly and helpful.”

“We stayed for a couple of nights, having breakfast & dinner twice. After a rather brusque check-in with a middle aged Asian gentleman (the owner?), we made our way to Room 10, a king sized room with an additional bed in a side room. As we had our Jack Russell with us, this may be a pet-friendly room. The bedroom was beautifully clean, and the beds comfortable. I think the bathroom had not long been fitted, and had a fabulous shower along with all the complimentary soaps/showergels/shampoos...

“The Hotel was lovely. Great quiet location with everything needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful with what we have asked for. The breakfast was fabulous and very delicious. Same stands for the main restaurant the food was amazing. Only small recommendation I would give is for the spa facilities. They need some improvement. The pool water was not very warm as I was with my small daughter and I would not say is really considered for small children. The sauna as well it was not that hot...

“Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to. Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...
