"The hotel was a great value with the property right on the port. The staff were very friendly and responsive. We couldn’t really see the ocean from our rooms, but we were close. The “beach” was really the boat docks. The hotel paired with Star Tours for all snorkeling adventures which is nice. "

"The room my family and I were in was perfect. Ist floor, Ocean View, next to pool for the kids. It was great. The bar and a restaurant seconds away. We enjoyed ourselves. "

"This hotel was the worst one of our whole trip. It desperately needs updating and painting. There were bars on the windows, ants in the bathroom and a loud gurgling noise from the toilet and shower all night. We moved out after only 1 night there and went to the Tropical Paradise Hotel which was very nice. We had an oceanfront room. They have a nice pool with swim up bar. I would not recommend Anchorage Beach Resort to anyone."

"We loved our stay at Magic Island, its a great hotel if you want to have a relaxing holiday but still able to access the south side of the island at ease. The rooms have a beautiful view of the ocean and have everything you need. The staff really make this hotel, they are amazing and create such a special experience for guests!"
