"객실은 좋지만, 침실에 암막커튼없고 바닥이 나무로 한층 높은곳에 설계되어 방바닥이 따뜻하지않아서인지 잘때 조금 추웠습니다. 객실에 아랫층에서 외국인들이 엄청떠드는소리가 들려서 컴플레인하고싶으나 객실 자체에 전화기가 없어서 말하기갸 곤란해서 직접 가서 얘기해야했습니다. 카운터가 따로없는 호텔이라 여러모로 불편하네요. 신발장 불은 센서가 암때나켜져서 순간순간 놀랬어요. 장점은 잘모르겠습니다."

"The room was spotless and had everything I needed for my 7-day stay. The staff were friendly and spoke English, which made everything much easier. The hotel is in a great location—just a 6-minute walk to the train station and the Myeongdong area. The nights were quiet, and I slept very well. The bed was comfortable and soft, and the room even had a large refrigerator, which was really convenient. Overall, a very comfortable and hassle-free stay! "

"This hotel operates without front desk staff for check-in. Instead, you enter the main sliding door using a code sent to you with your reservation. To access your room, you’ll need to scan a QR code generated after completing the check-in process at the kiosk located in the lobby near the entrance. The whole experience was new to me, but it worked out smoothly in the end. The room was very clean, quiet, and had a nice, well-maintained bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. "Our room had stairs - didn’t realize when booking. Large bright windows and high ceiling was a nice change from other hotels in our stay. Shower floods into floor. Used all our towels daily to keep it dry. Very slippery. Toilets seem to have difficulty flushing. They do not give hand soap - Daiso to the rescue. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Check out said 12:00 but they called at 11:30 to say it’s time to go and that it is 11:00. No problems when though as I showed them the booking. "

"I stayed at that place (it’s like a short term furnished apartment) when they were run by urbanstay and was quite happy with the value. Same this time. Seems that stay more is just getting going, so some things aren’t there yet but their cleaning products smell nice! And the mattress topper is nice compared to the old one at urban stay. Will stay again. Great value, basic kitchen and laundry machine!"
