โOne of the best hotels Iโve ever stayed in the states. Room was clean, sink was useful, air conditioner was functioning well. The highlight was the bathroom. Clean and new shower booth with full of hot water. The rooftop was great, and the garage was nice and safe with two elevevators directly connected to the lobby and each floor. Never stayed this like hotel in the states with this price.โ
โGreat place to stay, quiet, friendly staff, room nice and roomy, great location. Breakfast was great, egg and cheese omlets with sausage, Belgium Waffles, Coffee, OJ, and apple juice, and much more to have. I would recommend this place.โ
โThe property was very clean and the architecture and furnishings fit with the PNW/Norwegian theme of the surrounding community. It was very convenient for visiting the Poulsbo WA area. The included breakfast was was very good and all staff were nice and helpful. We would definitely stay at this facility when visiting in the future. โ
โGreat location! Walkable distance from the Pike place. I loved green setup of the rooms. Staffs accompdated my needs to check in early. There is a late check out fee and you can leave your back at the lobby for later. Only that it was really noisy at nights sometimes with surroundings. I donโt know where it came from but I suspect it was some construction soundsโฆand occassionally some passer-byโs shoutings disrupted my sleep at midnight. Although I lost my card due to my carelessness, overall a...
โThe room was really clean and good to realx .
The most important thing was person in the front desk was so nice. They did their best to solve our delivery problem. If I go Seattle again, I will stay this hotel one moreโ
โThe hotel was quite quaint. Loved our room. No view but we were only there at night. Shower had great pressure.wed stay again. Good price. Next time we will try the restaurant. โ
"pros:
- If coming from the airport, taking the link train and getting off at Symphony station is very close to the hotel.
- Located in downtown, so itโs convenient for both going to the convention center and sightseeing.
- Relatively affordable price.
cons:
- The slope on Seneca Street is quite steep. It was really tough pulling a suitcase from Symphony hall station to the hotel.
- If booking through a third party (e.g., Hotels.com), they hold a $200 INCIDENTAL charge. This is a policy, but there was no prior notice about this. -> Fortunately, it was refunded immediately after checkout.
- The Wi-Fi speed in the room was surprisingly slow. It was noticeably slower compared to other places like cafes or the convention center.
- The staff was unfriendly, especially the woman at the front desk in the afternoon. I asked if I could change rooms because the Wi-Fi speed was too slow for my work, and her response was, "Moving to a higher floor wonโt make the Wi-Fi faster." When did I ask to move to a higher floor? I donโt understand her attitude. To add, they didnโt change my room.
- In terms of room assignments, I noticed that the hotel tends to assign people of color to lower floors when using the elevator.
