“When we rented High Point we wanted to make sure we were within walking distance to Seattle Chinese Garden/Astra Lumina. We were literally right across the street to the entrance of the Chinese Garden. The house was very clean and nicely done. Bed and pillows were very comfy 😌

“출장으로 4박 묵었는데 완벽한 위치! 진짜 앞뒤로 다 쇼핑몰이고 마트도 가깝고 주변 식당 맛집 몰려있고 지하철역도 바로 옆에 있고 위치가 진짜 대박이었어요ㅡ 그리고 방이 일반적인 디럭스룸이었는데 침실 앞에 전실(응접실)처럼 소파 공간이 분리되어 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 다시 간다면 또 여기 묵고 싶어요.”

- If coming from the airport, taking the link train and getting off at Symphony station is very close to the hotel.
- Located in downtown, so it’s convenient for both going to the convention center and sightseeing.
- Relatively affordable price.

- The slope on Seneca Street is quite steep. It was really tough pulling a suitcase from Symphony hall station to the hotel.

“One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in the states. Room was clean, sink was useful, air conditioner was functioning well. The highlight was the bathroom. Clean and new shower booth with full of hot water. The rooftop was great, and the garage was nice and safe with two elevevators directly connected to the lobby and each floor. Never stayed this like hotel in the states with this price.”
“The wonderful gal at the front desk was courteous and friendly despite my being a tired grumpy old man! The breakfast was tasty and plentiful with a nice clean dining room to enjoy it in. The room was comfortable and quiet despite the hotel being fully booked. I would recommend this property to anyone, and look forward to another stay in the future. ”
“Really great hotel in an easy location. Free secure parking (security on duty). Reception staff super helpful. I did find it off putting that everything (almost) was in the casino (restaurants, bars etc) with people smoking it wasn’t nice. I did find the rooftop bar which offers fantastic food, service and views. Will definitely stay again. I also won $50 on roulette which always helps. ”
“Got there early and they found an available room. This alone gets the 5 stars. However, the location is near a variety of different tourist attractions. Pikes place, the Space needle. And it was walking distance from the train station. Also the el from the airport runs right by it. It’s a no frills hotel. Clean room, great location, friendly staff,…and cheap. ”

시설 : 방은 넓고 침대 및 베개도 푹신하고 좋음. 단, 콘센트가 헐렁해서 불편하고, 에어컨 없음. 방충망은 뜯어져있어서 유명무실함
기타 : 직원들은 친절하고 주변 조용함. 모텔수준이라고 생각하면 좋은 편이나(에어컨 제외) 1박 30만원 넘는다고 생각하면 가성비 별로임

“Great location! Walkable distance from the Pike place. I loved green setup of the rooms. Staffs accompdated my needs to check in early. There is a late check out fee and you can leave your back at the lobby for later. Only that it was really noisy at nights sometimes with surroundings. I don’t know where it came from but I suspect it was some construction sounds…and occassionally some passer-by’s shoutings disrupted my sleep at midnight. "One of the towers had four elevators, but two appeared to be out of order, and another was not in operation. Everyone was inconvenienced while waiting for the elevators, and the response to the issue was not prompt. Despite a large conference happening nearby with many attendees, it didn’t seem like they were particularly concerned about the situation.
However, the friendly and thorough housekeeping made the stay enjoyable."
