“The value for money at £300 a night was not up to standard. “All seemed okay. The only downside was what I can describe as renovations taking place above us from 10pm until 4am. I spoke to staff who said no work was being carried out and must have been other guests but when you have workmen vans parked outside it’s hard to agree. Lots of banging all night with 3 very tired kids wasn’t the best break, this maybe a one off so will happily say all other aspects were fine.”

“The first room I was given hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest. Thankfully, they swapped the room for me at 1am in the mornin, so can't fault them on that.
