"Staff was friendly and helpful, I appreciated the consideration of only cleaning every few days of your stay (while replacing towels and water), and the location was very convenient for the airport bus and shopping. The top floor bath and onsen is too fogged up to see from, the but the relaxation room afterwards was great for looking over Odori park."
