"家族3人で検索して2日前に予約が取れました。初めての伊香保温泉でしたので、地理もわからず、いってから山の上の方にあるホテルだと理解しました。施設自体は歴史を感じる状況でしたので、普通とします。新しい宿を期待されるのであれば違うと思います。色々と企画もされていたので頑張っておられると思います。お風呂は温泉ではありませんが大浴場ではあります。幸い虫は出ませんでしたので、運が良かったです。朝ごはんは美味しくしっかりいただきました。おにぎりを目の前で握っていただけて特別感はありました。スタッフの対応も丁寧で、まだまだ頑張ってほしいです！"

It’s a shame that they allow smoking in the rooms because we are non-smokers and smoke particles cannot be completely eradicated from the room even with a room humidifier and spray fragrance. "A bit run down and since it was off season and mostly empty. At check the receptionist told me that breakfast was complimentary but when i went to the restaurant they said I would have to pay. So this kind of misrepresentation didn’t bode well with me."

"Great clean room and building with everything you need for a business hotel. Reasonable price with great breakfast ( free) Just little too far from Numata station. 20min walk on up hill ! Not so much of side walk to walk safely, especially at night. You have to call for a cab ride after 5pm. Morning is from 7am. Not much choice for restaurants around . Other than that great stay !"
