The people working at this hotel were always attentive and ready to help us with more than we could ask for and we hope to be back soon.”

“Valuable ryokan which payable such expensive cost. Nice both private and public outdoor onsen. Dining in the absolutely private room which shown snowy valley with falling snow through wide window. Warm hospitality.. many nice ski resorts nearby.. nice dining food but little less satisfying compare with other ryokan on same level.”

“This is a lovely 'boutique hotel' in an absolutely beautiful part of the area north of Nakanojo near Lake Okushima. I wanted a truly Japanese place and I got it. Few, if any, 'foreigners' in the area. I was provided a bike and road around for 3 hours. The owner is a beautiful, kind lady and her and her staff treated me like a king. I had a room with a private hot spring pool - all I can say is "wow". If you want to see a place off the beaten track, I highly recommend this hotel.”

“닛코 주젠지코 바로 앞에 있는 호텔 이쪽에서는 가장 좋은 호텔입니다 방도 쾌적하고 테라스도 있어서 밖에서도 즐길수 있어요 온천도 좋았고 노천온천의 수질도 훌륭했어요 조식도 괜찮았고 저녁 스시 오마카세도 맛있었어요 2일 연속으로 갔습니다 룸 청결도 만족했지만 다만 욕조 청소가 부실했어요 물때가 있어 좀 찝찝했어요 그래도 주젠지호의 호텔중 단연 일등입니다”
