“Stayed one night. We got cookies at check in. The pool was great and the breakfast was good too. Room was clean”

“The hotel was neat and nicely furnished. It has a nice little coffee shop. It also has a busy bar with great service. Totally enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint is the lack of parking. There is plenty of on street parking but the City of Nelson has plenty of meters to take advantage of us lowly tourists.”

“I would not stay at this hotel again. We were traveling with our dog and were assigned a pet-friendly room. While we paid the additional pet fee, the condition of the room was far below what I expected. The walls, cupboards, and even the mini-fridge were scratched and chewed. It's unfortunate that some pet owners allow this kind of damage, but as a paying customer, I did not feel the room met an acceptable standard for the price we paid. The hotel grounds were also disappointing, with garbage...

“Our stay was top notch. The hotel has so much character and charm. The restaurants were excellent and the service top notch. The biggest plus for us was how accommodating the staff was and how happy they seemed to be in their work. It speaks to a great team and first class management. Congratulations on a great product. “Rooms were very spacious and clean, full kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Resort was very nice and well layed out. The hot tubs were easily accessible, the restaurant was very good and the portions were perfectly sized and priced. The spa services were very good and ha I g those on site made it very convenient. The location of this resort made it very easy to travel to Fernie and around Southern BC quickly.”
