Staff, from check in to breakfast and housekeeping, were excellent. Very friendly, courteous and all around nice. Would definitely stay here again basd on all the above factors."

"Gold One is a very nice boutique hotel located on south shore about one hour drive from Jeju airport. The rooms were large with comfortable beds and elegant, spacious bathrooms. Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean. The breakfast was comprehensive with made to order steak and eggs. Parking for our rental car was free and easy. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. We did not use the pool but it looked very nice. The trail from the hotel through the Secret Garden was an unexpected highlight. The location was reasonably central for touring sites to the west and east but travel is slow due to speed cameras on most roads."
