"The property was beautiful as soon as we pulled up we were greeted by a woman on a golf cart. She was so happy and helpful. It made us feel comfortable right away, showed us to the front desk and she was also so very friendly. I wish I remembered their names. We got an ocean view. It also overlooked the pool and tiki bar and beach. The rooms were clean. Our balcony had very comfortable seating. We sat outside all night and walked to the property around the marina. I would definitely come back."

"Let’s start by saying I gave them months in advance that we were coming and plans and they managed to not fulfill their part of the deal. I paid for extra amenities to be delivered to the room before we got there for my in-laws 52nd anniversary. they fixed it still charged me ice machine didn’t work neither the vending machine, which would’ve been cheaper to buy a soda out of the machine every once in a while, a good way to make sure you go to the bar and spend way more money the Customer Service in the café store unbelievably terrible the weight staff all, but one gentleman had no compassion or care didn’t understand the food we were ordering and please don’t expect to sit outside in the morning when others are outside eating and get service that’s a bad idea. Don’t sit in a table without a menu you won’t get service for some reason. They don’t put menus on the tables if you’re sitting there in the morning waiting for service when you do go to the front desk to express your concerns they act like they care about everything and do nothing about it, including all of the miscellaneous hidden charges that racked up my bill over $1200. You can’t leave an open tab at the Bar. You have to pay for each drink separately and they expect you to tip every time if you’re not a big wig if you don’t have money flowing out of your ears, don’t expect great bar service or table service near the bar. Do you have to complain to Simon the manager to get a little bit better service."

"I am not usually about leaving reviews however this property definitely needs it. Heard a lot about being pampered when I was checked in and that they will bring you anything and to let them know what our needs were. Property does not have any coffee shop or restaurant. We were told we could come and get coffee in the morning in the office or they would just bring up to us if we would like. When I called in the morning for coffee, they confirmed and then after a half hour I called again to see if I was still receiving the coffee and was told that the other attendant was picking up milk for the latte. To make things worse, I called the following day and was told I can’t get a coffee before 9 AM. Also, description on website/Hotels.com are inaccurate. It makes it seem like a beautiful beach and when we got there, we found out that you can’t just walk into the water. There are rocks and soft bottom in some areas which are just not feasible to swim in. If you are looking to swim in the ocean, will need to rent a boat. Also, pool area bar was barely open while we were there. Property was pretty empty, I do understand why. Front Office was very understanding of my complaints, but that did not do us any good. I really don’t understand what they meant by pampered, they really did not do anything for us. We did have dinner at a different resort nearby. Would definitely recommend that for the money. To be fair, room was very updated, clean and nice. Just not enough for money."
