"I have stayed at this hotel, many times and I always look forward to returning. It is an absolutely beautiful hotel. The rooms are large well appointed clean with Floor to ceiling windows looking out on the city. The breakfast is excellent. The location is perfect near all public transportation, most important the staff is wonderful, very helpful very considerate very professional. It is probably the very best hotel that I have ever stayed in. I highly recommended."

"Great hotel, we stayed 3 nights at the start of our holiday. We had booked a suite with club lounge access, we arrived on a morning flight and the staff were great and checked us in early as our suite was ready, our suite was on 17th floor, plenty of lifts and never had to wait for a lift. Our room was amazing with a comfortable lounge area, large flat screen tv in lounge and another in the bedroom, good size bed and a great shower. The pool area had plenty of loungers, with some shaded areas too. We had breakfast in the club lounge on 24th floor, there is plenty of choice, we had afternoon tea in the lounge which was very pleasant, also canapés with wine and cocktails in the evening. The staff are super helpful and all speak English, all in all a great stay, would definitely recommend."

"The Landmark Hotel in Bangkok (Sukhumvit Road) gives out an air of luxury and opulence with five star service from all the staff, from the check in staff, bar staff and porters and room service. The lobby is vast and welcoming, and I was also allowed to check in early following a short wait whilst they get the room ready. They offer a complimentary welcome drink in the bar next to the lobby, and the seats were very comfortable. I had chosen a corner room which was spacious with great views of the city. They had all the usual amenities in the room such as air conditioning, minibar, toiletries and even stationary and adaptable multifunction electric sockets. They have a limousine service to and from the airport but I did not use it, as the hotel is close to the Nana Skytrain station which connects to Phaya Thai station and from there directly to the main international airport by train, total journey time about 50 minutes. The hotel is about a 10-15 minutes walk to major shopping centres like Siam, MBK and Central World, and all tourist attractions are easily accessible by Skytrain or public transport. The Grab app is worth having on your phone as it is the Thai equivalent of Uber. It was a memorable 6 day stay enjoying the hotel location and facilities, and five star service with a smile from all the staff. I look forward to returning."
